Wednesday- Wish, Fish, Swish, Dish, Kapish???

Seems like these days everyone talks in riddles, lol. So why not me? Oh wait it is usually me talking in the riddles anyway isn't it? I can't help it when I was born I think I cried in RHYME. And ever since I can remember I have written at least one poem a day. Now if they were any good...

Anyway... On to CONTEST Assignment for today

WEDNESDAY is RIDDLE Day

I woke up this morning and thought to myself
What can I work on, what's on my craft shelf?
Then to my dismay I saw too much there
I need to get started, but oh my where??
The half finished ideas and patterns too
I have too much to do, how about you?
Mostly I've overextended myself once again
I love to make things for new and old friends
So these projects must move up to the top
Because the deadline is here for the next ????

Can you guess what this riddle is about? If you can, post your answer in the Comments section. A comment will get you an entry for today towards this weeks contest prize. Remember you don't have to be correct you just have to comment, OK? So don't skip it just because you aren't sure of the answer.

We have had more comments per day this week then ever before. This makes me very happy. And I wanted to send out a HUGE thank you to all who have linked this contest on their blogs. It means so much to me that you took the extra steps to do that and I KNOW it's because of you that I am getting more people playing. I wish you ALL could win a prize every week. And if I ever win a LOTTO or something you can be sure I'll be remembering you all.

I have a big day ahead, but I'll tell you all about my week over the weekend.

Until then,

God Bless
AK

For your next ..... SWAP... :-)

I have serious problems with startitis right now.. too many things are on the needles and my concentration to finish them is hugely lost!

A charity deadline, maybe? (insanknitty already guessed a swap so I'll pretend I didn't see it..chuckles.

For the next swap! (and I knew that before I read the other comments) Most of my UFOs are in my head - not even started yet! I can't have too many going at one time or I know I will never finish them so I try to finish one project before I start another. I do usually have one 'mindless' project and one that needs concentration going on at the same time though.

"SWAP" ........But what if we don't wanna wait til the weekend to hear about your week...Let's see I have a either shawl, baby blanket or biggr blanket on the needles, will know what it is going to be by how much yarn it takes and how long it holds my interest...THEN I have the kids squares on the hooks, and some other squares...THEN I have some kitchen sponges in the works...AND I have an order for 6 felted bags for Christmas presents ($$$)I grabv whatever is easiest to get to at the time, BUT will have to get them bags done, because I was already paid for them....
Hope you have a waonderful day......

Well, I haven't done a swap yet, so that didn't dawn on me. :( But I am currently participating in 2 CAL/KALs plus working on birthday presents, wedding presents, challenges, a few things just for me and trying to get started on Christmas so that maybe this year they'll actually get the gifts for Christmas and not some strange time later. :D (Oh, did I mention I having startitis and crafting ADD! LOL)

SWAP!!! I am not in any right now. Summer is so busy and I don't want to get busy and have to half A$s a swap, so I'll wait until winter, when the weather sucks in MI and i have nothing to do!!! :)

Oh, I'd have to guess "swap" because it somewhat rhymes with "top" if we're trying to keep up with your rhyming scheme here.

I am amazed how you can post on your blog each day. Where do you find the time?

The whole poem felt like a GIANT case of startitis...

It felt more like ..... GIFT! at the end though.

Swap! You're so smart with your riddles!

I finished my kitty bag today and one cemo cap, only 2 more to go! I'm still working on the baby blanket. I have a pair of fingerless gloves hybrenating, and I have to make a beach bag for my gd's b'day. On top of all this, I've joined the knitting olymipics at Ravelry! I'm a glutton for punishment!

Have a great day!
