Day Eighteen of Super Summer 2011
Are those super white teeth on Papa and Adam? What kind of toothpaste have they been using?
Actually we had an indoors picnic today, Dineen came over and brought a picnic for us to eat in the living room including marshmallows. We had grilled hot dogs, beans, corn on the cob, bow tie macaroni salad, fresh cherries and of course yummy squishy fluffy marshmallows.
Adam taught Papa how to play Super Mario Brothers on the Wii today so they played for awhile. Then we built some more Lego car things, these kits are pretty cool. They are not Star Wars but they come in a plastic folding case that opens up to a track, and they come with a couple different kinds of Lego cars you build. He got three for Christmas and today we ended up building all three of them. :-)
Since Nana isn't walking too good and the car is broke we didn't get to go out to watch fireworks this year. We will watch on TV though and Papa got us some soft serve ice cream for a treat tonight. Next year we will for sure go watch the fireworks all together.
Papa fell off his motorcycle yesterday and Adam fell running in the house today so everyone was trying to limp around the house like me today. Today we were a house in kneed. :-)

Hopefully, all knees will soon heal.
My son loved Legos when he was young. I looked for one of the more complicated kits for him last CHRISTmas time...whoa...they have really gone up in price...but, so worth it.
