zwani.com myspace graphic comments
Well It's Valentines Day and I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciate you coming to my blog and leaving comments. It really does make my day brighter. I come to my email every morning looking forward to the notices that you have been here. I don't know why it makes my day, but it does, so Thank You all. And Happy Valentines day.

CONTEST FOCUS FOR SATURDAY-
~
It's basically a FREE day today. So I'll just ask you if you did anything special to celebrate the LOVE you have in your life. Post anything at all in the comment section and receive another entry in this months contest.

As for me... I went shopping with my Mom. Now this is something I have not been able to do for at least 4 years. Walking around stores for 4 hours is not something I could do before losing this weight. I can only imagine what we will do when I get to my goal.
~
We went to Bon Ton's because they offered free bra fitting and, well, I need a new one, the two I have are both too big now. I got my new size, but they didn't have any bras to buy, oh well. I did find a few other great deals though.
Tan colored suede clogs
Navy Blue Mary Jane type shoes
A red and black tank top
A white sweater
A magenta sweater
~
Everything was 75% off. I didn't pay more then $8.00 for any item. And all the clothing items were less then that. It was amazing, I shopped off the RACK and paid less then a zillion dollars for the clothes. That never happens. LOL.
~
My car is still sitting at the repair shop. I guess they are closed for the weekend. I wonder if they will be working on Monday?
~
Haven't heard from Adam yet. I hope that means they are having a blast in South Carolina. I think I'll try to call tomorrow just to say HI. I hope she brought her phone with her.
~
Well tomorrow is church and then the Daytona 500, my favorite TV to knit to. Tomorrow I work on those unfinished socks.
~
Well it's bed time for me. My feet are crying to be elevated after the shopping marathon. You all have a wonderful night and sweet dreams too.

Tom and I are now sick with the girls virus so we didnt do anything but sleep and eat warm soup and use throat spray and suck on cough drops oh wait we gave each other our Anniversary cards and he gave me a joke gift which was hilarious.I got to purchase enough organic handspun from eXtreme Spinning in her ST. Valentine colorway to knit an Urchin so I have that package to look forward to and he is going to as my other 5th Wedding Anniversary gift let me stalk phat fiber for a phatfiberbox next week;)So that makes up for being sick on our Anniversary.Hugs Darcy

Well we started out day out lazy doing nothing but sitting around, then decided to go out for Chinese, but there are no good chinese restuarants around here so we headed to our old town ....then came back home, gave the kids a bath and were all in bed by 9....of course I woke up at 12:30 and am now trying to get sleepy again....

WOW!! Look at that!! All those beautiful items that you purchased RIGHT OFF THE RACK!!!

YEAH!!! Now, we need to see pictures in all these lovely things you purchased.

Feels good, doesn't it? Getting our temples back to where they should be?

Let's see--what did I do for Valentine's Day--packed, loaded the car, unpacked, came home, packed, loaded the car, unpacked, came home, packed, two loads of laundry and then I collapsed!!

But, none of this before I wrote my love letter to God, who is my greatest valentine of all!!

It's funny in our house. Most holidays are just like other days. It was very exciting on Fri since it was my birthday so I think everyone was wiped out from that. but it was still ok. And we had NO CAR or no $$. I guess just knowing I have the best hubby in the world doesn't change what day I love him on, LOL.

I love your Mary Jane's. I am not a shoe person, but those are seriously cute. And the sweaters, oh my goodness! Wow, some great sales going on there.

Have a relaxing day. I hope you get lots done during the race.

I'm with you that I love comments too! Hubby and I had a super day. Not a high pressure one either. We hung out, watch LSU win a basketball game, and went to dinner!

Glad you had a successful shopping trip. Love the tops. I hate to shop, hate to hunt for something that fits right & doesn't look like I'm trying to be a 20something! Years ago I was told that a new bra was an uplifting experience. LOL

We always eat out on the night before Valentine's Day. Avoid the crowds that way. So Friday we went to this small town's barbeque restaurant for some good ribs & brisket. It was yummy. Then Saturday just hung out in the cloudy, chilly weather.

We will be watching Daytona as well. Of course Clint Boyer had his new #33 car and that is exciting. I will be knitting on whatever I can handle depending on how exciting the race is. Then I will take a break for a 6 year old birthday party followed by church and then finish the race. I am so glad the boys are back on the track.

What a great way to spend Valentine's Day! And what great bargains too! I had a meeting in the morning, then went shopping for Valentine gifts for the kids. When I got home there were flowers and a big heart candy box on the table....and DH picked up some salmon for dinner - my favorite!
He's watching the Daytona, I'm knitting for ME! LOL

I had brownies that the hubby baked! He was sick though so all other plans were canceled.

I'll be hosting FO Fridays every week from now on (though I will see if I can get an FO every week! That might be a little much!) Thanks for wanting to participate!

I love shopping 75% off sales. It sounds like you got some great bargains!

Hubby and I took a road trip to my mom's and spent a few days with her and her husband. They took us out for some really nice dinners, and celebrated my birthday with us.

We went to Tomaso's, it's a nice Italian restaurant in Phoenix on Camelback. Then we just relaxed! Alex had fun with Youth group babysitters and a bunch of kids his age! He didn't want to come home!!

Oh, nice haul you made there during your shopping trip!! :)

Not much going on over here. I went crazy with gifts for Hubz for Valentine's Day. He got me nothing. I guess I haven't been good enough. Oh well.

I'm sick with a bad cold, so I've been knitting and watching TV mostly. Not much to do.

HOpe your day was a wonderful one! :D
