I have been looking at the keychain I got in CA. Yeah I am missing the palm trees
Hannah and I got in a little swiming again today. I just colored my hair yesterday so we sported these awesome swim caps, don't we just look awesome? NOT. I was afraid of getting green hair. Well the hair still got wet but it didn't turn green or there would be a whole other picture on the blog today.

Well I have a Care Page through the hospital where I can update my surgery status etc. Not sure if I need it since I have the blog here but just in case I thought I'd post the link to that as well.

It's late and I am tired. Bedtime for me. Tomorrow I get everything ready for surgery, find out the surgery time etc.

My hairdresser (year's ago) recommended rinsing my hair in the shower before going in the pool. Wet hair keeps the chlorine from seeping into the hair. Also, she had me washing with a clarifying shampoo. I used Suaves clarifying shampoo and conditioner. My daughter, who swims daily, still uses the clarifying shampoo to get the chlorine out.
