Welcome to day 2 of the August contest
Yesterday we had two entries in for the prize, hopefully more will comment today. I checked the hit counter and there were 20 page views but only 2 comments...
The instructions for today is to guess how many of these Wave Dishcloths are pictured here. Post your answer in the comment section. You do not have to be correct to get an entry, you just need to guess. However I think if you guess correctly I will give two entries for that.
Now for yesterdays riddle... hahahaha I thought I was so clever and it was going to be so easy... The answer is "Peaches and Cream"
I just learned the other day there is corn on the cob called peaches and cream, I guess it's got both white and yellow kernels. I said the only peaches and cream in my world is cotton yarn, then some others chimed in and said peaches and cream for them was ice cream or yogurt and even fresh peaches with whipped cream. So that's how I came up with the riddle.
Don't forget to direct others from your blog if you have one to here, for every referral there is another entry.
Happy Tuesday

Nice blog! I think there are 17 cloths...
My daughter is a senior in Highschool this year, and I'm already teary thinking about her going off to college NEXT year!
Hugs!
I think there are 10 dish cloths.
I know just how you feel. I've had two go away to college, and every time they come back (Christmas, etc.), it's hard to let them go again. And one who has done the "final graduation" in January. (See my blog, which I really need to update.) I love your blog, and love the scripture at the top, too. It's very comforting. Knitting helps a lot, with all of it.
I am going to say....12
I also understand about the kiddo not being home. Although I moved to the PNW, my daughter and her fiance stayed in PA. I miss them both. BIG TIME! :)

Great blog, love the round cloth! Thanks for the nice comments on my picot cloths. :) Knit on!
Hi Kathy, I think there's 22 wave dishcloths in your pile. How'd I do? lol
What is the pattern you used for all of those dishcloths? A few people have commented that they are "wave" cloths... can you send me in the right direction to get the pattern??
I'm guessing 23. And your painting turned out so pretty.
Hi AK! How fun! A blog contest!
I am guessing 24 dishcloths. Love the pictures and your blog!
My guess is 12.
Cool idea for a contest!!
My guess is 11 cloths.
Thanks
Hey Kathy--great idea on the contest--I am not going to guess as I already have more yarn than I possibly could knit up in ten years and well--the squares in my basement to make into blankets grows each day! But wanted to say hey!
Hi Aunt Kathy--Great blog you have. You got plenty of comments today! My guess is 26. Not my real guess but a couple of people already used my number.--Amp
Look at that lovely stack of dishcloths. My guess is 23.
Hey Kathy, I got 21.
Having a great trip to Maine and will be back to blogging soon! :-)
I would say 13 if folded or 26 if not folded. I do like your site, as i put a link to it in my blogspot http://woolysocks.blogspot.com/ I especially like the Bible Quiz you have on your site. Not too many speak of God or have anything on their site about Him. I will be in Ohio in less of a week, but I will keep up with your site. The day I have surgery and am in the hospital, my husbnd will have to look at te site and play the game. Have a blessd day and God's peace be upon you-Jil-Prairie Chicken (nickname given to me by my wonderful hubby b/cause I am from Oklahoma-I proud of that!)
my guess would be 22
Peaches 'n Cream - of course! As to how many
coths there are, I am going to guess that there are
21.
