My niece Hannah did the official draw, and is also helping me fill up the mystery box for shipping.
I am actually homeschooling my niece and nephew today since my mom is still in Indiana.
Getting ready for election day tomorrow. I work the polls so I will be gone from 5:30am to 9:30pm. I may or may not be able to blog tomorrow. I guess it depends on what time I actually wake up or go to sleep tonight.
So in case I don't make it here, don't forget to VOTE tomorrow.
I will be spending today teaching, washing dishes, and I have a few phone calls to make too. Somewhere inbetween I hoep to finish the dishcloth I started last night and figure out what I want to bring with me tomorrow.
Right now though, I have been sitting here way too long, I need breakfast, and I need to put my feet up for a bit until Colin gets here and I need to start school.

WTG to Prairie Chicken! I really enjoyed playing and I'm looking forward to the next contest. For now, sounds like you have one busy day ahead. Get some rest in when you can.
I am off to do some cleaning and go get my printer cartridge refilled so I can print out some patterns and get busy Christmas knitting.

Sounds like you have a busy day today and tomorrow! I hope that you get some rest.
I've been spending my day sewing squares together that were given to me by a lady at the Tuesday club. I had to stop because my hand is starting to hurt.
Last night I made some Christmas decorations. I bought a bag of satin ornaments at the thrift store. Then I used #10 thread and made a design to decorate them. They're pinned onto the ornament.
Then I made 2 pair of small flower earrings with pearls in the center for my friend Kathleen. The only problem is that I don't have the hangers to put them onto!
